These technologies may be used by us or third-party providers such as analytics platforms, advertising platforms, social media platforms, customer relationship management tools, or website hosting providers.

You may be able to limit cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

When you submit an inquiry, we retain available ad click IDs and campaign, ad-set and ad names with the inquiry in our Zapier and Close customer records to understand where requests originate. The /meta inquiry form separately offers optional permission to include existing Facebook/Instagram browser and click cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) for this inquiry attribution. We record that choice, the time and the notice shown; declining does not prevent a quote request. That choice does not authorize sharing your contact details with Meta. To withdraw this permission or request deletion of these identifiers from your inquiry record, email jordan.park.business@gmail.com or call (602) 739-3657.

We use Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) and the Meta Conversions API to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These technologies may collect data about your browsing behavior, device information, and interactions with our website using cookies, pixels, and server-to-server event transmission. This allows us to show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), create custom and lookalike audiences, and optimize ad delivery. We may also share hashed contact information with Meta for matching purposes. For more information about how Meta collects and uses your data, visit the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising and Remarketing

We may use advertising platforms, including social media and search advertising platforms, to show ads to people who have visited our website, interacted with our content, submitted a form, or may be interested in our services.

These platforms may use cookies, pixels, hashed contact information, device identifiers, or other technologies to measure ad performance, personalize ads, or create audiences.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising platforms. You can review their privacy policies and ad settings directly through those platforms.

Direct Mail Retargeting

Our site uses a third party service to match browser cookies to your mailing address. We then use another company to send special offers through the mail on our behalf. Our company never receives or stores any of this information and our third parties do not provide or sell this information to any other company or service.

To opt-out of receiving our direct mail, you may send us an email at jordan.park.business@gmail.com, call us at (602) 739-3657. We will honor those requests, but please understand that it may take up to 30 days for such mailings to end.

Most web browsers also let you opt out of cookie-based advertising. For more information, visit optout.networkadvertising.org.

6. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that Honest Water Boise may contact you about your inquiry, consultation, appointment, quote, service, promotion, or customer relationship.

Communications may include phone calls, text messages, emails, voicemails, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, promotional messages, and service-related messages. We treat SMS opt-in for transactional messages (such as quote confirmations, appointment reminders, and service follow-ups) and SMS opt-in for promotional or marketing messages (such as special offers, seasonal promotions, and company news) as separate, optional consents. You may opt in to either, both, or neither, and either consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link if provided.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from contacting you about active appointments, service matters, transactions, safety issues, payment issues, or legal matters where permitted by law.

Mobile/SMS Opt-In and Consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with subcontractors or service providers who help us provide support services or deliver our services. We do not sell customer personal information.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with service providers as necessary to deliver operational communications on behalf of Honest Water Boise, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and workforce or job management software.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Our current SMS program is used for internal operational messages to employees, contractors, and field technicians who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. It is not used to send marketing or promotional text messages.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services, or fulfill customer requests. These may include installation partners, contractors, or subcontractors; product suppliers or manufacturers; payment processors; financing providers; scheduling platforms; website hosting providers; CRM and communication platforms; email and SMS service providers; analytics and advertising providers; professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers; and government authorities, courts, or regulators when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain advertising, analytics, or tracking activities as "sharing" or "selling." Where applicable, you may have rights to opt out of those activities.

If you make a payment or apply for financing, your information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors or financing providers. We may receive limited information from those providers, such as payment status, financing status, approval status, customer details, or transaction information.

We do not control the privacy practices of payment processors or financing providers. Their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect.

However, no website, internet transmission, storage system, or electronic communication is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or misuse will never occur.

10. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain customer records, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, accounting, warranty, insurance, and business obligations, improve our business, website, advertising, and operations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we provide access to, correct, or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; opt out of certain marketing communications; or opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing activities, where applicable.

To make a privacy request, contact us at jordan.park.business@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you access our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
