Do all Honest Water systems include monitoring equipment?
Yes. Honest Water installs 24/7 salt-level monitoring equipment with every qualifying softener installation. The subscription determines whether we simply monitor and notify you or physically manage your salt and maintenance.
Does Smart Monitoring include salt delivery?
No. Smart Monitoring tells you when salt is needed and how much to add. You purchase and load the salt yourself.
How much salt is included with Salt Concierge?
Salt Concierge includes up to 12 standard 40-pound bags per membership year.
What does unlimited salt mean?
Total Water Care includes the salt reasonably required for normal residential operation of your Honest Water softener. Abnormal usage caused by plumbing leaks, running toilets, commercial activity, unauthorized setting changes, misuse, or unresolved system problems is not included.
Will you bring the salt inside and load it?
Yes. On Salt Concierge and Total Water Care, we bring the salt to the system and pour it into the brine tank for you.
Are tankless RO filters included in Salt Concierge?
No. Annual tankless RO filter replacement is included only with Total Water Care.
What does no trip charge mean?
Total Water Care waives the standard fee for sending an Honest Water technician to inspect or service Honest Water-installed equipment. Non-warranty parts, extensive repair labor, unrelated household plumbing, damage caused by misuse, and third-party equipment may still require additional charges.
When are the annual RO filters replaced?
The standard tankless RO filters are replaced at their normal annual replacement interval while the Total Water Care membership is active and current.
Do unused benefits roll over?
No. Unused salt allowances, filter benefits, and other annual benefits do not roll over and have no cash value.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Customers can request an upgrade to a higher level of care. Any timing, billing, or benefit eligibility requirements should be confirmed by Honest Water.

Membership Terms

Salt benefits apply to normal residential water usage and Honest Water-installed equipment. Abnormal usage caused by plumbing leaks, continuously running fixtures, commercial activity, unauthorized system changes, misuse, equipment damage, or unresolved repair conditions may not be included.

“No trip charge” means Honest Water waives its standard dispatch fee for eligible visits involving Honest Water-installed equipment. Non-warranty parts, replacement media, extensive repair labor, unrelated plumbing, customer-caused damage, and third-party equipment may be charged separately.

Annual tankless RO filter service includes one standard replacement service per active membership year at the normal replacement interval. Benefits do not roll over, have no cash value, and require the account to remain active and current.
